Southampton City Mission Interview

Con Williams’ interview with Duncan House about the incredible work of Southampton City Mission.

Southampton City Mission is an amazing charity that works in fifty schools, serving approximately 10,000 children per year with a whole range of work developed to serve staff as they deliver the R.E. curriculum

Southampton City Mission also delivers the Basics Bank project from six locations across Southampton, helping some of the most deprived families and individuals with very basic necessities, (food and clothing).

With the pressure of Covid, Southampton City Mission need your help.

Can you help by becoming a volunteer driver, delivering food parcels to those in need from three food hubs:
• Southampton City Mission’s Basics Bank in the West,
• Saint Mary’s Church’s Love Your Neighbour for Central, and
• Above Bar Church’s Big Difference for the East of the city.

Anytime you could give to this would be appreciated. You can sign up by filling in an online form, please click this link: Volunteer with SCM
